Tri-Valley Readers

Where stories bring us together.

Welcome to Tri-Valley Readers! We are a women-only book club based in the Tri-Valley Area of the SF East Bay, but all Bay Area readers are welcome to join ◡̈

We meet on a monthly basis and read everything from fantasy, to feminist literature, to gothic horror, to historal romance, and beyond! We draw upon recommendations from our members and are always open to new suggestions.

What We Do

Monthly meetings

We gather once a month to discuss that month's book. Meetings are relaxed and inclusive — no pop quizzes, just good conversation.

Diverse picks

Our reading list rotates between literary fiction, nonfiction, and occasional classics or genre favorites. Members suggest and vote on upcoming titles.

Community

Beyond the books, we've built a real community. Many of us have been members for years and love making new friends over a shared love of reading.
